Re Creator Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Re Dairy Align Foods Ltd (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date published on the competition page and closes for submissions at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday 29 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Create original content featuring or referencing Re Dairy yoghurt.

  2. Post the content publicly on an eligible social media platform.

  3. Include the hashtag #ReCreatorComp in the post.

  4. Ensure their account is public for the duration of the competition and judging period.

  5. Tag and follow @re.dairy

Participants may enter more than once provided each entry is unique.

5. Categories

Entries may be submitted into one of the competition categories outlined on the competition page. Judging will be conducted separately within each category and a content link requested via DM (Direct Message).

6. Judging

Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the brand. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes

The prize pool includes:

  • First Prize: $1,000 NZD

  • Judges Prize: $250 NZD
  • Additional prizes may include New World vouchers, Re Dairy merchandise, and Re Dairy yoghurt products.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.

8. Winner Notification

Finalists may be contacted via direct message (DM) on the social media platform used to submit their entry. Winners may be required to respond within a reasonable timeframe and provide additional information required to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Content Submission by Finalists

Finalists may be requested to provide a downloadable link to their original content file after being contacted via direct message by the Promoter.

Failure to provide the requested content may result in disqualification from the competition.

10. Content Usage Rights

By entering the competition and providing the requested content file if selected as a finalist, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display the submitted content for marketing, promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes across the Promoter’s channels.

These channels may include social media, websites, paid advertising, email marketing, and other promotional materials.

Where reasonably practical, the Promoter will credit the creator when using their content.

11. Entrant Responsibilities

By entering the competition, participants confirm that:

  • The content submitted is their original work.

  • They have the right to grant the usage licence described above.

  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.

Entrants must obtain permission from any individuals appearing in the content.

12. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions

  • Submits inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content

  • Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of any prize.

14. Privacy

Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations under New Zealand law.

15. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used for entry.
