Re Dairy – New World Dairy Competition — Terms & Conditions

Monday 8th September – 11:59pm Sunday 21st September 2025 

Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Re Dairy Limited (“the Promoter”), based in New Zealand.

Eligibility

  • This competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any agencies or companies directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

  • Opens immediately and closes at 11:59 PM NZST on Sunday, 21 September 2025.

  • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the competition landing page (via the Re Dairy competition landingpage). 

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified and removed from the draw.

Prizes
Competition prizes total over $2,500 in value and include:

  • Grand Prize: 1 × $500 New World Gift Card

  • Second Prizes: 2 × $250 New World Gift Cards

  • Third Prizes: 10 × $100 New World Gift Cards

  • Merch Prizes: 4 × Re sweatshirts

  • Bonus: 20 × free tubs of Re yoghurt Re Dairy

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Promoter within 7 days of the competition closing, during the week commencing 22 September 2025.

  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry within 5 working days of the draw and announced on Re social media channels.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity
By entering, participants agree that if they win, the Promoter may use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

Privacy

  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to be added to the Re Dairy email list and receive marketing communications.

  • Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any marketing email.

Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  • The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or connected with the competition or the prize, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.

General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned, subject to any applicable law.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
