
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 small bananas
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 ⅓ cups Dark Berry Re Yoghurt
Instructions:
- Add the milk, frozen raspberries, one banana, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the oats and chia seeds between 4 jars or containers. Pour over the raspberry milk mixture and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until the oats have soaked up the liquid.
- In the morning, top each jar with a generous dollop of dark berry yoghurt, fresh berries, the remaining banana (chopped), a drizzle of almond butter and a sprinkle of almonds.
