Berry, Vanilla & Almond Overnight Oats

A nourishing, grab-and-go breakfast made creamy with Dark Berry Re Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk 
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 ⅓ cups Dark Berry Re Yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Add the milk, frozen raspberries, one banana, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the oats and chia seeds between 4 jars or containers. Pour over the raspberry milk mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until the oats have soaked up the liquid.
  4. In the morning, top each jar with a generous dollop of dark berry yoghurt, fresh berries, the remaining banana (chopped), a drizzle of almond butter and a sprinkle of almonds.
