Ingredients
- 150 g feta, crumbled
- ½ cup Re Natural Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper
To finish
- 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
- Hot Honey, to drizzle
- Extra olive oil, to finish (optional)
Instructions:
Whip the base
Add feta, yoghurt, olive oil and garlic (if using) to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.Season
Add black pepper and blend briefly to combine. Taste and adjust if neededPlate Up
Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoonFinish
Drizzle with hot honey and olive oil, then scatter over chopped pistachiosServe
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
