Whipped Feta Dip

From flatbreads to roast veg — this whipped feta dip goes with everything.

Creamy, tangy whipped feta meets thick Re yoghurt for the easiest 10-minute dip. Perfect with warm flatbreads, crackers, or roasted veg, it’s salty, swirly and finished with pistachios and honey for crunch and sweetness. Ideal for last-minute entertaining, and best served at room temperature so every spoonful is extra luscious

Ingredients

  • 150 g feta, crumbled
  • ½ cup Re Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

To finish

  • 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Hot Honey, to drizzle
  • Extra olive oil, to finish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whip the base
    Add feta, yoghurt, olive oil and garlic (if using) to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Season
    Add black pepper and blend briefly to combine. Taste and adjust if needed
  3. Plate Up
    Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoon
  4. Finish
    Drizzle with hot honey and olive oil, then scatter over chopped pistachios
  5. Serve
    Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
